              Interpret engineering documents: from their M6 system, verified it's being correct and made

              Changes with Frontier engineers'.      

              Hot cut: facility rearrangement and upgrade. This included obtaining new and old engineering,     

              Confirming routes and pretesting with the central office, field and other companies involved.

              Disconnects: Removing service mapping on circuits ordered disconnected by the customer. Verifying

              Records match task at hand.

              Maintaining records: adding notes to Orders/Disconnects/Hot cuts

              Answering calls: Taking calls from technicians and other companies. Working with them or routing

              Them to the appropriate group.
